By working with the CT State Colleges & Universities (CSCU) Foundation, you have a partner strategically designing a personalized roadmap outlining the steps and milestones of talent acquisition, internships, employment, career development, and succession planning sourced through the 12 community college campuses, four state universities, and Charter Oak State College.


Employers with intern programs create an ongoing pipeline of future full-time employees. Interns who become full-time employees are almost 30% more likely to stay with a company than other full-time hires.


The students who engage in our scholarship process represent the different qualities and experiences of people. They often include dimensions such as age, gender, ethnicity, religion, ability, sexual orientation, and national origin, as well as education majors, military life, thoughts, communication styles, preferences, and perspectives.
